Expanded discussion between the Real Estate Committee and the Economic Members of the Eastern Region's Council
During the meeting held on Sunday
Members of Asharqia Chamber and of the Economic Committee of Eastern Region's Council met on Sunday addressing three themes reflecting the coordination and dialogue level between theChamber on one hand, and the Council of the region on the other hand, all to serve the real estate sector in general.
Meeting was attended by His Excellency Mayor of the Eastern Region Eng. Daifallah Ayesh Al-Otaibi, Director of the Ministry of Commerce Branch Abdullatif Al-Saleh, and Chairman of the Economic Committee in the Council Issam Abdulqadir Al-Muhaidib.
Chairman of the Real Estate Committee Ayed Bin Farhan Al-Qahtani stressed on the importance of the Eastern region in terms of Real Estate, indicating the importance of cooperation between the Committee as a representative of the interests of the real estate sector and the Economic Council of the Eastern Region to serve the region and its economic future .
During the meeting, Vice Chairman of Real Estate Committee Mohammed Ahmed Al-Dossari who explained in a presentation on the role of Real estate committee, stressing on its vision as a leader in dynamic real estate industry, and its mission in achieving the ambitious real estate and the upgrading of industry, real estate and sustainable development, through the creation of an able environment to move towards local and global competition in light of the values and principles of our society.
Second axis of the meeting entitled: (Facilitate and overcome the obstacles faced by the real estate sector in the Eastern Region with the relevant authorities) in which all members have confirmed on the importance of coordination ..
The third axis tackled (Participation of Real Estate representatives in matters of housing and real estate within the discussions of the Economic Committee), for his part the Chairman of the Economic Committee has welcomed the proposal.
The Committee discussed the idea of launching a Real Estate forum in the Eastern region to be accompanied by unique exhibition, as the committee has formed a working group to study the idea and to develop operational mechanisms needed, and also presenting the candidates for membership of the National Real Estate Committee namely: Ayed Al-Qahtani, Fahad Al Bin Ali, Bader Al-Youssef , Mohammed Al Kaltham.
